The list page is the main content browser in Qik. Every content type — profiles, events, articles, submissions, workflow cards, and more — uses the same powerful list page. Once you understand how it works, you can browse and manage any type of data in the system.
The list page supports several view modes depending on the content type. Use the view selector dropdown in the toolbar to switch between them:
The search box in the toolbar performs a full-text search across the items. Type your keywords and results will update after a short pause. The search applies on top of any active filters, so you can search within a filtered set of results.
In list view, click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort direction. The current sort is indicated by an arrow icon in the column header.
The list view displays a set of default columns appropriate for each content type. When you save a smart list, the current column configuration is saved with it, so different smart lists can show different columns for the same content type.
For time-based content (events, assignments, check-ins), a date range button appears in the toolbar. Click it to access:
Large datasets are paginated. Navigation controls at the bottom of the list let you move between pages and adjust the page size (number of items per page).
The create button (usually blue, top-right) lets you create a new item of the current type directly from the list page.
Each row has an actions menu (three dots icon) with context-specific options like edit, delete, share, or other type-specific actions. Click any row to open the item's detail view.
Select multiple items using the checkboxes, and a selection bar appears with bulk action options. Available bulk actions depend on the content type and may include bulk edit, delete, export, tag, or other operations.
For large profile or user datasets (over 5,000 items), an alphabetical rolodex appears below the toolbar. Click a letter to jump to items starting with that letter. Click 'All' to clear the letter filter.
The list page monitors for changes in real-time. If items are modified by other users while you're viewing the page, a notification bar appears showing how many items have changed, with a button to refresh the data.
